Returns Policy
At ELIVONNE, every piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted to the highest standard. If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer store credit for eligible returns in accordance with the policy below. Please review these terms carefully before requesting a return. This policy applies to all purchases made through ELIVONNE PTY LIMITED (ACN 696 240 187).
Return Window
Returns must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Eligible returns will be issued store credit only, equivalent to the final amount paid (excluding shipping and promotional discounts).
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be used on any available items on our website.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in original condition, meeting all of the following requirements:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

Free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, fake tan, or marks of any kind

All original tags and packaging intact and attached
Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-order purchases may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund to the original payment method.
Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours and prior to dispatch are not guaranteed and, if approved, will be issued as store credit at ELIVONNE's discretion.
Where a product page specifies different cancellation terms for a particular pre-order item, those product-specific terms will take precedence over this policy.
Final Sale & Special Items

Sale items are final and not eligible for return or store credit unless faulty

Bridal, engagement, made-to-order, or customised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty under consumer law

Rejected Returns

Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear images and a description of the issue. All faults are assessed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
