Returns Policy

At ELIVONNE, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. If your purchase does not meet expectations, we offer store credit in accordance with the policy outlined below. Please review this policy carefully before initiating a return.


Return Window

Returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible returns will be issued store credit only, equivalent to the final amount paid (excluding shipping and promotional discounts).

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be used on any available items on our website.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in original condition, meeting all of the following requirements:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, fake tan, or marks of any kind

  • All original tags and packaging intact and attached

Additional Conditions

  • Swimwear must have the hygiene seal intact and must be tried on over underwear

  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, placed inside a protective shipping satchel (shoe boxes must not be used as outer packaging)

  • Lingerie, socks, earrings, and accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless deemed faulty


Final Sale & Special Items

  • Sale items are final and not eligible for return or store credit unless faulty

  • Bridal, engagement, made-to-order, or customised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty under consumer law


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service

  • ELIVONNE is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return parcels


Rejected Returns

Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
If a return is rejected:

  • The item will be returned to the customer

  • Return shipping costs will apply

  • Customers will be notified prior to dispatch


Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear images and a description of the issue. All faults are assessed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
